We design and 3D-print every single tool we sell in our Hull workshop. Collections aren’t available by default, but if you need something urgently, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Common questions (FAQ)
If you contact us ASAP with your order number and we haven’t started printing, we’ll happily amend or cancel it. Once printing starts, though, we may not be able to make changes.
Email us immediately with clear photos of the item and packaging along with your order number. We’ll sort it—whether it’s a replacement part or a full reprint.
Absolutely. We’re modellers too—send a photo of your build and we’ll help you get things setup correctly.
Yes, Bulldog Models ships worldwide. All of our tools are 3D printed and dispatched from the UK, and we deliver to Europe, North America, Asia, and beyond. Delivery costs and times vary by country, and will be shown at checkout.
Standard worldwide shipping usually takes 7–14 working days, depending on your location. Express options may be available — contact us if you need faster delivery. You can find more information on the Shipping & Delivery page.
All prices are listed in GBP (£), but international customers can pay with most major cards and PayPal, which automatically handle currency conversion.
That depends on your country’s import policies. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are beyond our control, but they’re usually modest for small parcels.
Yes, every jig or rack comes with a simple printed instruction sheet. We also provide digital versions by email if needed.
Dont worry! we’ll take care of it. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier. While that’s in progress, we’ll reprint your order and send out a replacement free of charge.
